Checking out online using your Apruve account is a simple, pay-free experience.

1. Shop your merchant site as you normally do. Fill your cart and proceed to the checkout.
2. On their payments page, you should see a blue Apruve button or the Apruve logo. Click this button or select the radio button next to the Apruve logo. I don’t see the Apruve button at checkout.
3. You will see a pop-up appear on the site.
4. Log in to your Apruve account with your username and password.
5. You will see your credit limit and what you will have remaining after your purchase.
6. Click to confirm you want to check out using your Apruve account.
7. That's it!  Your supplier will be notified to ship your product.

You will receive an email confirmation from Apruve with every checkout.

If you are a buyer, you will not receive a copy of the invoice.

If you are an administrator or a payer on your purchasing team, you will receive a copy of your invoice as a PDF attached to your email within 24 hours of confirmation.
