You will need to reactivate your account if your account was suspended due to late payment. Your account can only be reactivated if you have paid off all past due invoices and your account is current.
If your account is current, send an email to apruvecredit@msts.com with the following information:
Subject line: Apruve - Company Name - Reactivation request
-Business name
-Reason your account became past due
-Amount you'd like to be approved for (can be the same as the previous amount your account was approved for)
-Resolution (how will you manage to pay within the term limits in the future?)
-Additional notes
Your request will be processed in 2-4 business days.
