When payments are received, we require the remittance details to be sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 days of payment receipt. If remittance is not received within this timeframe, the payment will be applied to invoices on a “first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.
- What does FIFO mean?
First, in First out, this means the oldest invoice will be applied to first with your payment.
- How do I apply my own payment?
You can apply your own payment by logging into the app OR clicking the link in the email received from us to choose the invoices to apply your payment to.
- Where do I send remits?
Please send remits to email@example.com
- What if I miss the deadline?
Your payment will be applied FIFO and no changes will be able to be made.
- Will I receive notices regarding my payment?
Yes, you will receive a notification on day 3,5, and 7 after your payment was received to inform you to either send in your remits information or to apply your payment before your payment will be applied for you.
