- Log into your Apruve account on www.apruve.com
- Click the "Corporate Accounts" link in the main menu
- You will see a list of your accounts and their associated credit limit
- Click the "Request credit limit increase" button. Fill in any required information such as the amount you would like the customers credit limit to be raised to
- This will send a notification to Apruve for the request
Turn around time can be as soon as 24 hours, but could take up to 2-3 business days to process the request. We will review their purchasing history and request any other needed documentation from the customer.
If an increase is given, the customer will receive an email from us indicating what their credit limit has been raised to.
