What happens if a customer doesn't pay?

We follow practices typical for collection of unsecured short term commercial credit.

Collection is entirely the responsibility of the bank partner financing your customer's purchases, and will generally follow practices typical for collection of unsecured short term commercial credit.

Apruve's typical non-payment window is 90 days past due. After that time, the customer's credit limit is turned to zero and the merchant is notified. The merchant can continue to do business with the customer as they like, though Apruve will no longer be able to underwrite and finance their orders.
